If you have been advised to download and install the Remote Monitoring and Management tool (“RMM”), you can obtain it here: Generic asset installer 202407.msi.
Follow the prompts to allow the download of an MSI executable, and accept the prompt to install software. If in doubt please do not continue without first speaking to me or one of the team, as usually we would have done this for you during our site visit.
